Thanks for everyones comments, the good news is the Mrs is fine and doesnt even seem to have a bump or bruise just very shaken which is to be expected as she recons it rolled 3 times! mummy dog is fine and was scanned, the 3 pups she could see were fine with very strong heartbeats
The trooper is going to be written off so its just the insurance do deal with now! joy of joys!
No ID on the Artic and no cameras, no one to get statements from as she was obviously in no condition to do so, the cops were next to useless and didnt even want to go down the bank for her stuff! Thankfully there were a couple of guys turn up not long after the incident and they helped get her and the dog up the bank, shame we dont know who they were as I would have liked to say thankyou

Thanks for the link but with everything else going on I feel it would be a complete waste of time and energy with some sort of automated/scripted/excuse coming back as reply , I think we will put it down experience!
Hang on to it though..i have resolved several issues over the years by cutting out the underlings and going straight to the head honcho...they make stuff happen as they tend to not like being harassed by scrotes like me!! At one point i was on first name terms with the CEO of vodafone uk following a long period of dismal service in our area.

As others have said, glad to hear all occupants are ok.
Doesn't surprise me about the police, they were next to useless when my bro had a head on in London when a guy was on the wrong side of the road. As strikey says, worth an email if you ever feel inclined as I wish I had done at the time.
As an aside, the car seems to have fared well given the number of rolls - it did its job. Best of luck with the insurance dance.
So 11 1/2 months ago the daily shi**er had its MOT and the guy did say he wasnt over happy with one of the brake pipes, best change that now then! I was hoping to have moved this on a got something else but now were a mode of transport down itl have to stay for a bit longer, thought a front spring had gone but on inspection its fine, the rad isnt though so the bottle of hooch that went in 6 years ago to seal the weep has had its day, I really despise working on a car I hate!
How many bends does one short pipe need?!!
You can barely see it once its in, did the flexi while I was there
And another thing, when I buy stuff I like to try and support local firms even if it means paying a weeny bit extra, bearing in mind I have over 30,000 Vauxhall parts in stock I didnt have any front flexi brake hoses FFS! so I rang Andrew Pages who used to be good, seems they may have been taken over by Euros but yes sir they can supply them at £34.99 each!! I said pardon and he came back with yes sir thats correct £34.99 each, I have to confess I did actually giggle at the guy, put the phone down and bought a pair of branded ones for £20.00 on the internet!!

Much like yourself I like to support all my local suppliers especially the independents - unfortunately I have to go to LKQ (Refinishing factor now owned by Euro Car Parts) for anything 3M branded - but I have a really good independent paint supplier, motor factor, shot blaster, tyre fitter, tool & equipment supplier, welding equipment supplier, MOT tester - all within a short radius - they all provide really good service and appreciate my business - looks like I have just found a proper old school vehicle tuning specialist to add to that list too
While the rest of you were stuffing your faces with easter eggs we were surprised by good weather rather than the doom and gloom that we were expecting! outside jobs it is then, cant put it off any longer so bramble bashing it is then
2 days solid and we can actually walk all the way round the pond, something weve never been able to do in the 6 years weve been here! even started my sun tan off!
Last year I was given this ride on mower that was going to be chucked in the metal skip, done a few little jobs and it runs fine now
As it was free it does get abused a bit and during one of its abuse sessions it got very loud, thinking it had blown the exhaust to bits more investigation was needed, someone has been here before by the looks of the piece of studding
The thread was stripped in the alloy head and being imperial was going to make it a bit harder, I had no helicoils and wasnt about to get spendy for 1 insert, lurking in my stash I have some of these expanding brass inserts that have an M6 thread
Cleaned the remains of the old thread out of the head with an 8mm drill, popped the insert in, a bit of M6 studding and bingo jobs a goodun ready for more abuse!
So off to my 1st autojumble in about 4 yrs, Stickney in Lincolnshire, it was pretty big to be fair and not too many plastic toys and plants to be seen
Lots of rusty old tools and stuff dragged out of barns/sheds as usual, lots of dubious looking electrical stuff, enough motor bike stuff to build a BSAHondaKwazakiNortonHarleydavidsonbighead with a seats galore that look like John Waynes saddle!
So after trawling the lot what did I buy? not much at all! spent the grand sum of £14.00 on this little lot, a rotor arm for the Viva OHC delco distributor for £1 (mine doesnt even use the delco!) a decent broom with a 420mm wide head and a nice thick 28mm handle for £3.00 and an electronic battery charger for £10! the guy had a pile of the chargers so was half expecting to get home and find half a brick in the sealed box but no it seems to be a nice bit of kit, long leads, nice clips and an LCD display, might not leave it on over night though! didnt even buy a burpy burger!
A few nice cars turned up, rubbish pictures but you get the idea
Im not a VW fan but this really looked good, the colour really popped in the sun
Whats not to like about a 57
Ive saved the best till last, this guy must have bought all the best bits before lockdown and been beavering away for at least a week, WTF
