Local to me and looks quite reasonable. Could possibly go for a look if anyone is seriously interested as 25 miles away assuming it is in Penrith as that covers a wide area.
EDIT. Obviously not actually in Penrith as he says nearest bank is 15 miles away so could be closer to me or 15 miles in the wrong direction.

I’d be interested if you could view if local and you don’t mind. I did message when it went on asking could he send me photos of the underside but not had a reply. It’s mainly the sills are they cover sills or original or welded and rear subframe etc clearly you’d get a better idea if you seen it in the flesh.

I'll send him a message and ask for his exact location and see what we can arrange for a viewing. There are still 6 days to go so plenty of time but I'll do that as soon as I can and get back to you.
EDIT. Typical. Far side of Penrith from me. Have agreed to phone him tomorrow evening to arrange a viewing on Wednesday evening. Will take a trolley jack and stands and take pictures or a video. He says to keep an eye on the listing in case it sells as there are other interested parties so he must be open to offers despite no buy it now price.

It’s not to far away is it to view. I don’t want to put you out in anyway ? I have been messaging asking for photos and number so I will stop showing my interest from now on but you could say you viewing it for me? Paul
It is far enough but not too far. He has sent me some pics as he said others were asking for them so hopefully he sent them to you. If not I can probably post them here.
Shame gone to a dealer as at £700 would of been a good project for a enthusiast and worth putting time and money into. Dealers seem to be selecting these cars now a lot.
Ah from the Preston car lot - wasnt that a disputed storage bill from a private collection. I was watching that at the time and the prices not just for this but for most of the cars was silly money. Glad with mine looking at those more detailed pics. I may or may not have bought a differant car from that lot but thats another thread for another day !!

Yes, it was a big collection. A bit ridiculous really to hoard so many cars without the ability or finances in place to improve them and then allow them to deteriorate.

Yes was mad, I bought a car from it indirectly from a buyer who bid that day. You can tell that when it was laid up it would have been a nice car but sat outside has not done it any favours. Plus when I compared the auction pics to the car I bought there had been some pickings going on as some parts were missing and it wasnt the seller I got it from. They confirmed items were removed.. Ill do a reveal another day but it is good old british chod which is my favourite !!
Reduced to £11,950.00, it would probably be possible to haggle a little more off. Doesn't look like a terrible prospect for that money. [ !! SOLD !! ] (?)

1969 MG 1300 - Manual - 2 Door - 59,000 miles - Looks ok but needs cleaning / detailing and possibly some paintwork according to the vendors description - I think its a little pricey at £6,995 and requiring some cosmetic work - that said its a ultra rare 2 door with low mileage and in one of the better colours - the GT versions are gaining in price on a monthly basis which in turn will have a knock on effect to some degree of the under spec models

1970 Vanden Plas Princess variant - Probably one of the lowest mileage ADO16's that there is available with less than 14,500 miles from new covered - very rare factory sliding steel sunroof - looks the part but sadly is a automatic gearbox - very original - fair priced given the condition at £10,750 - you would hard pressed to restore one professionally for this money
Well spotted - These now tend to go for stupid money regardless of condition - I wouldn't under estimate the amount of work required to get this one sorted but it all depends on what level of standard you are aiming for - critical will be the condition of the rear subframe mounting points at the heal board & within the boot floor along with the front inner wings / trumpets & front subframe mounting points - If you were aiming for high standards it would more than likely require the repairs to the floor pans replacing along with the sills and its certainly had the rear wheelarches doctored at some stage and these would require revisiting - But it appears complete, interior trim looks good with exception of the carpets and it appears reasonably sound elsewhere on the body - worse thing that could happen here is that it changes hands for low £k's to a dealer - they do a quick cover up of the body with filler & shiny paint then flog it on to an unsuspecting purchaser for £10k +
