Rear door glasses fitted 



Then the rearmost sides - unlike many other vehicles the glass on the Bradford van fits from the inside out 



Its a tight rubber that hitches in rather than strings in (with a rope) - I use a little lubrication and a plastic non marking tool for lifting the rubber over the aperture 



With those fitted I turned my attention to the centre placed glass in the side panel - one half is fixed whilst the other half slides open - I used the recently remade handles for the sliding glass 



Its a time consuming process to get these fitted and sliding correctly 



All new channels for the sliding glass have been fitted along with all new rubbers for the fixed glass 



A drain tube on either side was fitted to allow any excess water to drain from the sliding channel - this was an original factory fitment 



There is a inner bulkhead cover - the original one survived and just required cleaning up 



However the sound deadening / insulation was missing 



Fresh insulation patterned, trimmed & glued insitu  



The external face was given a coat of satin black to freshen it up 



Then refitted to the van 



The front floor section could now be secured 





The vans came with hardly any comforts and are pretty noisy 



Never fitted at the factory when the vans were new but easily fitted at this stage 



Sound deadening pads will reduce some of the panel vibration / drum noise 



These are self adhesive and readily fitted although I heat the pads over a radiator to ensure maximum adhesion to the panels 



Handbrake has been assembled & fitted - Like quite a few painted then assembled parts - will require the paint touching in has the van is completed
