First a confession I rarely say out loud. I have never been a huge fan of TVR's. I wouldn't turn one down but to my eyes they typically look almost right.
Then this showed up in my inbox - who knew? This can drip oil on my driveway any day.
But, $164,000 USD (131,300 her majesty's)
not sure I love it that much (actually quite sure!)

Does the quite negate the not?! 🤓
Hmmm now that you mention it (In my world - both professionally and personally there is a (Canadian?) habit of saying 'I am not sure if....' when people mean to say 'I am very sure that....' (and frankly a good chunk of my job is moving people from 'I'm not sure' to 'I am sure' )
JP - Prices are climbing for nice 'B's here too - At £29k that's top dealer money but its not unusual to see them priced at £25k + here - On the other hand there's plenty of them still in the £10k ish bracket to be had too

Chris, Just took a quick look at Bring a trailer and this is at least 25% higher than their highest stock MGB - interesting to see what happens.
Not sure about this - but thought it had to be seen.
Ny first thought was the RSPCA but the more I look - I wouldn't say I exactly like but if I look in a sort of Buck Rogers Thunderbirds sort of way it gets better. Still not sure I would be seen in it but there is a certain dedicated logic. But, 37k USD - yikes!

I think it is horrendous and can only imagine the hours that went into creating this. Asking $37,000 but the price is negotiable so maybe knock a 0 off?

so how about this one - soooo not my style and I wish he had done a better job with the grille but I actually like the headlights and the workmanship seems good. I actually wouldn't be at all surprised that he has all or most of the $38,500 into this project but I can't imagine he will get it back.

I realise that VW Splity's command strong money but this joker of a vendor thinks that by bolting lumps of scrap to a van it equates to a 'work of art' that they value at £35k - Pull the other one

1997 Ford Escort Cosworth Luxury - Now I realise its a rare limited edition car and its been nowhere with just 408 miles in total from new but lets get down to the basics 'Its nothing more than a dressed up family hatchback' - Question of the thread is 'Is it worth it' - Well this rounded off blob style in all white dressed up Escort hatchback is currently in the market for £5 less then £130k - And out there in blue oval land some obsessed fool will buy it - Each to their own and all of that BUT Utterly Bonkers

I drove lots of mk3/4/5 escorts in van form back in the day and they were all hideous. Definitely not worth it on that front. The low mileage would actually put me off, you can't use it as you will degrade it's value with every mile you add so its only use is to be trailered to shows and looked at by the rivet counters. No thanks!
