1972 Morris Marina Saloon 1.8 Automatic - Early Mk1 car stated to be structurally sound & running order but requiring cosmetics - Just 58,000 miles from new with low ownership & supporting history - Not awe-inspiring but quite possibly the only surviving Marina 1.8 Auto - £2,500
it looks sound enough - very advanced car for it's era - there's a strong following for them but they are very much viewed has a 'Marmite' classic by many - a bit like the Javelin (You either love them or hate them) - It's very cheap too - virtually break for parts money

1996 Land Rover Discovery - Special Vehicles 3 door Commercial - 300Tdi - complete for restoration - requires inner / outer sills - new panels come with the project - Just 51,000 miles from new + service history - Not to everybody's taste but early Disco's are now very rare and very collectable - especially a rare optioned version like this - If I wasn't up to my neck currently in motors I'd be collecting this - Sensible £3,500

1971 Triumph Spitfire MkIV - Project requiring assembly but all the hard work has been done - Looks largely original & just 22,000 miles from new - Available for less than the price of a decent paint job on one of these - £3,750 ONO

1963 Mercedes 230SL - Complete for restoration - probably the cheapest 'Pagoda' project that you are going to find - Much sought after even in LHD format - They make strong money when done correctly and its has the larger engine fitted to it - Sadly this example may well take more money to restore than its physical worth upon completion - Vendor is asking for offers on £20k

1986 Land Rover 90 Project - Virtually all there but part dismantled - some new parts - 300 Tdi engine fitted - Strong following & demand for these - Infinite parts supply from numerous sources - Super cheap project @ £1,600 ono - wouldn't be surprised if its not already sold

1972 Range Rover Suffix A - Complete for restoration - Its a scabby donkey but prices on early RR's are well on the rise - it requires a awful lot of work but good spares support both new & used - All external bolt on panels and the body is readily separated from the chassis therefore making a restoration far more viable than a lot of other projects - You would need a decent sized workshop / garage though - Not many come this cheap - £2,495

1973 Gilbern Invader project - Complete & rolling with some work completed - 66,000 miles - pretty straight forward project which would make a decent motor that has a bit of grunt & speed about it - comes with some spares and would make an excellent project for someone that doesn't want to be faced with a weldathon every weekend - Pretty rare cars too - For me its overpriced and if you could purchase it for somewhere in the region of £3 - £3.5K then it would be a worthwhile venture - Currently offered at £4,750 but even the lighter side of restoration projects can be expensive - by the time you have sorted the brakes / 5 tyres - all sorts of other areas that will require work you will a few £k light and you only have the vendors word that the engine & drivetrain are in good order - Regardless of it being a fibreglass body a decent quality pro paint job wont come cheap either

1992 TVR 290 S3 - On the road MOT'd car that's sound - covered 160,000 miles but low ownership - would benefit from detailing & interior cosmetics / retrim but this is a cheap entry level priced project car at £3,995 that could be readily used whilst its improved

1957 Austin A35 - 2 Door - Lots of mechanical mods / front disc brakes / Midget rear axle etc - cosmetically challenged and requires a fair bit of TLC to the outer panels - providing the base structure is sound it would be worth doing - lots of support / spares available for these little motors which are well underrated - Its priced a little on the heavy side by a dealer at £1850
