I learned to drive in its twin (pillar box red with the same interior) which my Mum had from new in 84; to this day the only car I've had to change down in on the motorway, albeit 5 up and a steep hill) and taught everything there was to know about momentum conservation! Rolly poly but clung on quite well all things considered
Later at Uni we went skiing to Yugoslavia and there was no snow so 6 of us hired one and drove it to Italy / Austria every day - fully togged up, poles in the boot, skis on the roof, and one of us had to get out and walk at every border crossing - happy days!

Went for £10,750 - strong money for a Quatrelle (Quattrejaytayelle?) though very rare in that sort of condition
