Looks like early/mid 80's historic racing. That was the time when I also traveled together with my parents all corners of Europe for some nice, affordable and friendly historic racing. Dad raced pre 63 GT cars with an Alfa (which was then still a more or less affordable hobby) and I collected autographs from all the greats like Fangio, Moss, Hulme, DeAdemich etc. which where also enjoying themselves and where very easy to approach for a 10 year old speaking a few words English. No hospitality units then but a tent or a b&b to sleep and if it rained a tarp from the roof rack of our Volvo 245 Turbo. Standard weekend was hurrying home from school on Thursday and leave directly (station wagon packed and trailer was loaded by my parents on Wednesday evening). Skipping school on Friday (I was always a good student so they allowed so) and coming back Sunday night late and being a bit sleeping but happy on Monday morning. Happy memories. Thom
