Update on this one - After a conversation with the family the car is now mine - sadly with more than enough of my own projects I really didn't want it but equally wanted to do the right thing for the family - Javelin projects don't sell on very well if at all - still a fair bit to do on this one too - for now I'll put the back axle under it in order to make it mobile - I'll have to prime any bare metal areas / store the panels and the car will go into storage - Hopefully at some stage in the next few years I'll find time to build / complete the car - given that it still requires somewhere in the region of 800 + hours I'll probably end up keeping it rather than selling it upon completion - I'll end up selling one of my other Javelin's as I simply cant keep everything

yes we can we just need a bigger workshop / barn

Yep the rear lights will be going along with the the stupid fuel tank / filler set up - all being returned to original - It wont stay metallic brown in colour either - whilst I don't mind the colour it will be one of the original Jowett colours when it gets to that stage

This is really sad that the original owner never got to see it finished due to some inept restorers.. I'm pleased that you will do it justice and look forward to seeing it popping up again when time allows..

Has previously stated this one will now have to off into storage whilst I crack on with some of my clients projects

The back axle got slotted back under it this afternoon

And the wheels are back on it so its now mobile - I need to just apply a little primer on the bare metal areas and then it will be trailered over to the barn in next few days

Bare metal areas have now been primed up for protection whilst its in storage

With my storage space limited to live projects in the workshop all loose parts & panels for the car have been boxed where possible & loaded to the car

Now off the lift and ready to roll - providing I have a dry day over the weekend I'll do a swap over of projects with this one returning to my storage at the barn - I am hatching a plan for this car which still needs a little more thought and a few more parts sourcing but I need to catch up with clients projects first
