1971 Stimson Minibug - steel frame fitted with a mini front subframe / drive train & fibreglass body
Sold has a kit car back in the late 60's & early 70's - its a very simple thing but has had a hard life - today its somewhat very rare
Its complete and is fitted with a 1275cc engine
Its come complete with a fair bit of history and is correctly registered
Obviously requires a fair bit of work but there's nothing to be fazed about on this - all the mechanical parts are available off the shelf from the numerous classic mini specialists - I've undertaken body repairs to far worse extent than this before
Its a first for the BRM forum in the respect that its a joint venture project between myself & fer4l - Our plans - simply to strip it / restore as required and return it to the road - it's not something that will require loads of expense thrown at it - probably more time than anything - once done it will be nothing but fun - other project commitments dictates that it gets stored for now but keep watching this space for progress
