Funnily enough the (or at least one of the) reason(s) I love it so much is that it's an understated colour not dog nob red! Silver, factory carbon buckets, factory leather trimmed roll cage, Stradale wheels & grills, manual - it's a very lovely thing, and (though I've never been a 'rari boi) a real treat to drive - taut, eager, and muy mellifluous
Silver looks great on that - is the rear O/S wing a lighter shade than the door though ? Or just camera playing tricks. Regardless - gorgeous
Not sure - I had same thought looking at the pics - it's definitely had paint over the years as they all have but it's not eye grabbing in the flesh - will look at afresh demain
Rather nice and a damn sight better looking than the tonced up one that waffles past work sounding like a constipated hippo (its bbs lm's are veeeery sexy though).
So having given things a closer look & taken a few more pics it seems the rear of the driver's door has had a bit of a flick (possibly due to wide door opening scars) in not quite the right hue. Liveable with !!

Silver pearlescent's (No longer metallic's) are one of the worst for colour matching - ideally if you are painting a panel you need to allow to also blend the paint on to the panels either side of the one being painted - it will look worse in strong light - especially in summer - In the right hands its very easily corrected
Yep - and while I'm a fussy bugger, the camera makes it look worse than in the flesh. And it drives like a freshly tautened drum - much more importanter! All new tyres brakes clutch etc. - we can sort the paint in due course!
