The place for all 2 cylinder engined cars - I'll kick off with a few but please feel free to add to the thread
Some of you will have probably already guessed what I'd start with - The Jowett Bradford - A 1940's design but the little 950cc 2 cylinder boxer engine design can trace its roots all the way back to 1910
Citroens 2 CV came in several body forms this being a rare pick up - Production spanned from 1948 to 1990
Still on the French theme but somewhat rarer - Panards Dyna - a lightweight car powered by a frugal 851cc boxer twin - early cars were predominantly all alloy bodyshell construction
Only ever "owned" one twin. Picked up as it was to race but never got round to it. It needed a lot of straightening even to make it as far as the banger oval. Would have loved to have done a king of crash in it. Smallest i managed it in was its big brother , a 127.

Daf 33 - Seen here in pick up format - built between 1967 to 1974 they featured a 746cc flat twin air cooled engine connected to a CVT (Constant Variable Transmission) achieved through a band drive
Berkeley B95 and the B105 the number indicated max speed. They used a Royal Enfield Meteor engine in the B95 and a Royal Enfield Constellation in the B105. I have owned a B95 an I can tell you that you have to be a very brave man to go over 70mph so the B105 must have been absolutely terrifying.
Great idea for a thread. I've only ever driven one 2-cylinder car, and that was a modern Fiat 500 Twin Air. Which is surprisingly good off-road....long story....wrong thread. But the original Fiat 500 belongs here.

Saab Ursaab - Very rare prototype of which only a handful were built by the then aircraft manufacture - powered by a 2 cylinder 2 stroke engine of 18 HP - It was launched in 1947 - this example now takes centre stage in the Saab museum in Sweden
