"We are informed from 1965 to 2006 the car was always garaged and maintained, being purely used as a car to run to the local shops, hence the incredible low mileage and has synchromesh in gears 2nd,3rd and 4th"
And, prey tell, how are the comments regarding, "garaged," "maintained," "run to the local shops," and "low mileage," connected to "synchromesh in gears 2nd,3rd and 4th"?

I can only concur with m'learned friend - albeit it doesn't seem to have stopped the buyer getting fairly jiggy with the bidding paddle!
BLMC Connaught Green if my grey matter vehicle colour memory bank is functioning correctly - I quite fancy doing a Jupiter this colour with a cream interior
Morris 1300 Traveller. Online Auction. 13th-18th Feb. Herefordshire. Estimate £3K-£4K. 1974. A Hen's Tooth in need of some tlc, put into top order she'd be the belle of the ball!
It's a shame about lockdown - without that I'd have popped up to the auction, but a trip for a speculative private purchase of a classic car couldn't be justified as 'essential travel', no matter how perfect the grille and colour combo! Still, as a wise man once said, never worry about a car you didn't buy...
Rover 75 Connie SE (stored) MG ZTT 160 (for sale) Rover 75 Connie Tourer (dog hauler and general shifter) Toyota Starlet Sportif Auto (town car) Maestro 700 van (under build)
There is something very wrong with the tyre sizes on the red Wolseley
I think they are the correct wheels & tyres for the car - however its on hydrolastic suspension that's been clearly over pressurised hence the car its sitting too high on its suspension

I'd wager both those analyses likely correct. Plus it isn't Connaught Green, a plain Jane 1100, and has a vinyl roof
Still waiting patiently for my bucket list 1300 ... I did think with all this Covid stuff more cars may of come to the market which have been “sat on”.
