Aaaaahh...i see. Ive a box full of project as it is , so that would have to one for someone else i expect. Would certainly make an unusual subject for a slot car for sure!!

I dont need convincing they would make a good subject Chris but i have boxes of rebuilds , conversions to complete , scratchbuilds to create and kits to build! Need to create the "mancave" first so dont expect any action much time soon.
heres a project Im resurrecting. I like to build models of the cars that I have actually owned. This one goes way back in time...but not that far, thank you very much.
I was going through an aqua phase. what can I say....The Dodge Shelby Charger. They made 200hp turbo models. I did not have one of those. but had the normally aspirated version putting out about half that.....I did have the turbo hood, however. So it went much faster, of course.
A few parts were missing so I am in the process of recreating them.....they will be "good n'uff" when all is said and done.
Ill have to dig out some pics I took of the 1:18 trailer I made for my BMW wagon......that was fun....
Heres one I did 30years ago on a Dinky Mk1 Zodiac, basically drilled off the rivets, and flipped the chassis simple as that with a set of wheels of a boot fair car, Made to look like my Mk1 Zodiac V8
got the side skirts on, mirror and rear skirt piece finished and am just about ready to put this back on the shelf...
You can see an even smaller version of the car a buddy of mine sent me. It started life as a hotwheels Dodge Omni that I turned into a shelby charger....I painted it the original Colour of the car I bought.
