Being, as I am, from up t’north I have absolutely no idea what a ‘south London look’ is.
Clean, uncluttered original looking body work. Low with 7 or even bigger 13s on them with skinny tyres and LOW! In other words.. less is best when it comes to looks 😊
I have to agree that more often than not, less is more.
someone far cleverer than me , not difficult i know , should be able to advise on the difference between SU's fitted to turbo and non-turbo engines. failing that...google. seeing it next to the carb , it looks a very.....erm....compact turbo , whats it off?
One of the differences I would imagine would be the butterfly shaft will be sealed to stop boost leaks. The other would be different floats in the float chamber would be different so they don’t collapse
Not updated in a while. Slowly plodding along with it. But it's back down on its wheels again. Brake lines done, exhaust made, prop shaft shortened, fuel line in ,interior tidied up and back in. Soon be ready to move again under it's own power !

Question is - Is the jobs list getting longer or shorter - I always find at this stage that as I go to cross completed jobs off the list (sometimes in a mental format & sometimes written) That I end up adding as many jobs back on the list that I do crossing off
